In a particularly evocative corner of the Cagolino countryside, between Montefabbri and Pontevecchio, there is a farm, founded by a Russian woman and a Piedmontese man, Olessia and Enrico, inhabited by them and their three children, some animals, but continuously populated by interesting people. It has become a social farm, which has embraced and supports solidarity projects, cultural exchanges, hosts people from all over the world, organizes workshops as an educational farm, not limited to children but also to adults. In particular, years ago they activated a project financed by the Marche region on active longevity thanks to which a group of adults co-organised with Olessia and Enrico, meetings, courses and experiences that promoted active ageing. Since then, even once the project has ended, a long-lived community frequents the company, self-managing meetings and courses by sharing internal skills, helping Olessia on the occasion of events and in any case sharing moments of exchange and active coexistence.

Their presence is part of the place. At the Fattoria del Borgo it is possible to purchase organic products and take part in courses and meetings in which the theme of knowledge of nature and the transformation of products is an opportunity for socialization but also for reflection on issues that amplify from everyday life to human relationships and way in which one decides to be in the world
